Wood
Nettle
The Wood Nettle is not poisonous, but the sharp hairs on the stems
and leaves may leave a burning feeling on your hands if you touch
it. It is found in woody areas and has small greenish flowers that
branch off into clusters. The leaves are egg shaped and have coarsely
serrated edges. The Wood Nettle can be picked when it is young and
used as a substitute for spinach in most recipes.
